Cement factories have to use 20 % local inputs

According to Al Ahram Newspaper; Ministry of Industry and Trade will obligate all new cement factories to use not less than 20 % local inputs in the factory's establishment costs, companies that use more that 20% will receive a discount on license costs from the ministry. From another perspective; the auction on the new cement factories will be held next Sunday.
