Giza General Contracting (GGCC.CA) sent a release to CASE concerning its BOD decisions in the meeting held 20/10/2007; the board decided to reject the offer submitted by Arab Manar for real estate development concerning the company’s land in El Shrouk.
The board has also decided to submit another request for the CMA to approve the previous request of undertaking a stock split. Finally; the board decided to start undertaking the required procedures to increase the company's paid-in capital from LE 10 million to LE 50 million.
