Rowad Tourism buys more stakes in M G Group

Rowad Tourism (Al Rowad) (ROTO.CA) sent a release to CASE announcing that it has increased its contribution in M G Group capital with LE 78.650 million; bringing its stake to 94.1 % from 78 %. Rowad Tourism has also pumped LE 7.748 million in Rowad Oasis for Tourism Development capital increase to bring its stake from 61.4 % to 66.5 %. Both stakes' increases were financed through loans
