South Valley Cement and Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding join forces

South Valley Cement (SVCE.CA) and Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding (EKHO.CA) will join forces to establish a new cement factory in Asyut Governorate with 1.5 million tons annual capacity and LE 600 million capital. Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding will contribute 10 % of the new entity's capital, and South Valley Cement will contribute 46 %.
