Arab Aluminum’s EGM approves capital increase

The EGM of Arab Aluminum (ALUM.CA), held Wednesday, November 21st 07, approved increasing the company’s authorized capital from LE 10 million to LE 100 million, and increasing the company’s paid in and issued capital from LE 8,260,200 to LE 28,260,200. Articles 6 and 7 from the company’s articles of association will be accordingly amended.
