Pachin calls for an AGM

Paint & Chemicals Industries (Pachin) is calling for an AGM to be held on Sunday November 18th, 2007. The meeting is to endorse the company's financial statements for the fiscal year ended 30/06/2007, as well as the board's and the auditor's reports, and also discussing the suggested earnings' distribution of LE 3.25 per share.
