Egyptian Electrical Cables (ELEC.CA) is inviting its shareholders to subscribe to the unsubscribed portion of it capital increase which amounts to 50,689,778 shares, representing 20 % of the capital increase shares, offered at LE 1.02 per share.
Subscription will start as of 24/01/2008 and end as of 30/01/2008. Shareholders owning the shares as of 29/11/2007 have the right to participate in the rights issue without restricting to their stakes’ percentages.
