Raya away from second fixed phone license

Arab Finance: According to Al Mal, Raya Holding For Technology And Communications (RAYA.CA) will not compete for the second license of fixed phone. Chairman of Raya said that the decision of not going forward in bidding is due to the failure of the negotiations Raya has done with 3 fixed phone services companies, 2 of them in the Arab region and the other in Europe.
