Suez Canal Bank’s board meeting’s decision

The BOD of Suez Canal Bank (CANA.CA) has approved on its meeting, held January 17th,2008, to sell its stake, representing 29.38%, of Suez Canal Company for Technology Settling, which owns 6th of October University. Chairman was delegated to conclude the necessary procedures.
