El Kahera Housing to distribute1:4 stock dividends

The GAM of El Kahera Housing (ELKA.CA) has approved the distribution of 1:4 stock dividends; it has also endorsed the company's BOD report, the auditor's report, and the financial statements of the year ended 31/12/2007.
