Ceramic and Porcelain(PRCL)initiates subscription to the uncovered portion of its latest capital increase shares.

Shareholders as of 25/09/2008 trading session have the right to subscribe to the 8,656,556 remaining shares at 5 L.E ps.

Subscription will start on 06/11/2008 and will end on 13/11/2008.
