National Bank for Development announced a rights' issue of 71.8 million shares at LE 10.25 per share (LE 10 par value+ 25 P.T issuance fees). Shareholders entitled to the rights' issue are those owning the shares as of 21/11/2007 at a ratio of 1:2.547 shares.
Subscription to the rights issue will start as of 22/11/2007, and end as of 24/12/2007. After the capital increase; the bank's paid in capital will rise from LE 281.9 million to LE 1.0 billion.
