Sharm Dreams’ EGM approve authorized capital increase

The EGM of Sharm Dreams Co. for Tourism Investment (SDTI.CA), held on 07/11/2007, has approved increasing the company's authorized capital with LE 500 million bringing it to LE 1 billion, and consequently amending article 6 of the company’s articles of association.
