Asek for Mining studies a joint venture in Algeria

Arab Finance: Asek Company for Mining - Ascom (ASCM.CA) sent a release to CASE announcing that it has signed a preliminary contract with an Algerian company to study partnership to establish a joint venture in Algeria with an expected investment costs of EUR5.7 million. Asek is expected to contribute 70 % of the new venture's capital.
