Nile Cotton to expand in the real estate sector

Arab Finance: According to Al Alam Al Yom, Nile Cotton Ginning (NCGC.CA) is currently studying the expansion into the real estate sector through activities such as land dividing and selling. Chairman of the company added that it will sell its unused lands and use the proceeds in the restructuring of its plants. Nile Cotton ginning has previously established the Nile Real Estate Company, which works in buying, dividing, and selling lands activities.
